At the headquarters of Paşa Insurance, one of Azerbaijan’s leading insurance brands, in Azerbaijan’s capital city of Baku, lighting solutions were developed to complement the building’s strong architectural character. All lighting fixtures utilized in the project were manufactured by Variolux, in accordance with the architectural team’s design concept.

The chosen lighting design for the entirety of the office emphasizes not only visual comfort but also functionality and a sense of space. Linear pendant fixtures create a modern and minimalist effect for the open-plan office areas, while surface-mounted and recessed lighting fixtures ensure a generally homogeneous light distribution. The lighting elements of different shapes used in the lobby and passageways, together with color blocks representing the brand’s identity, contribute to a dynamic visual unity within the office space.

Perhaps one of the most striking details of the project was the fixtures, painted with specially selected RAL codes to match the overall color palette of the venue. In this way, a perfect harmony was created with both the walls and the furniture, emphasizing that lighting is not only a function but also an element of design.

To enhance acoustic comfort, specific areas have been fitted with acoustic lighting products. This approach to lighting, diversified to respond to different usage scenarios within the office, created an atmosphere that supports Paşa Insurance’s modern, innovative and employee-focused vision.
